SS and DT Youth Director Appointment!
Dear HTC family, I am happy to tell you that incoming Chicago Plan participant, Ryan Erickson, has been selected as the Youth Director for our SS and DT congregations. Ryan is the son of a pastor. He completed his undergraduate work at Trinity University and also has an MA in Christian Studies from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Before coming to us, Ryan had experience in working with his home church youth group for four years. He is well suited for similar work here, and has been involved in our own Youth Group as a volunteer this past year. Ryan will have an opportunity to address the Youth Group this Saturday night. And soon after, I hope that you will get the chance to welcome him into our midst personally. Ryan has been part of our DT congregation this past year, and will soon begin having a presence in both congregations. His responsibilities will begin the second week of June.
