Will you choose wisdom or folly?
In the first eight chapters of Proverbs the narrator builds a case for wisdom and against folly. In chapter nine we are presented with the personification of lady Wisdom and lady Folly and are compelled to choose the path that we will follow. One leads to life, and one leads to death. The fear of the Lord lies at the heart of this decision.
